Using the latest market-leading x-ray technology, we can separate hazardous plastics containing Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs). The first system in Europe with zero water and zero contamination resulting in increased recycling levels of electrical waste plastics. Combined with our robots and x-ray plastic separation, we operate the most technologically advanced site anywhere in the world for processing flat panel displays and e-waste plastics all under one roof.
Display equipment recycling
Our specialist robots recycle flat panel televisions and monitors containing hazards such as arsenic, mercury, lead and other heavy metals safely removing them within an enclosed environment. We recycle all screens including plasma screens (domestic and large commercial), EPOS screen terminals, specialist healthcare and educational screens through to large street/building advertisement screens. Older Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) televisions we even recycle separating the leaded glass ensuring a complete solution for all screen based devices.

In 2021, we joined forces with The Buy It Direct Group to change the world. We designed Europe’s most technologically-advanced screen-based recycling facility. Then we built it in West Yorkshire. Today, we partner with district councils, recyclers, manufacturers and retailers to recycle display equipment. We process up to 20 times more tech than traditional plants to the prestigious WEEELABEX standard.
We’re the first UK Recycler for WEEELABEX certification to the EN 50625 WEEE Treatment Standard for Flat Panel Display Equipment. The first European / UK Recycler for WEEELABEX certification to the EN 50625 WEEE Treatment Standard of WEEE Plastics and the first UK Recycling Operator to hold certification to the EN 50625 WEEE Treatment Standard for two streams (FPD and Plastics). All so we can amplify our output and reduce the UK’s carbon emissions.
